I downloaded chankast but of course like other emulators, it doesn't work for me (but work for others :( ) so each time i launch chan kast he asks for d3d9.dll then he asks for ddraw.dll and finally asks repeatedly kernel32.dll...

are those files from the bios?

the only way to get that bios is to plugin my dc to my computer via cable?

You have to install DirectX 9.
You should use the search function before ask for something.

it's illegal and promotes piracy...and basically it's the forum policy.

Basically it's also because the administrators of the forum will have problems for offering illegal material and the forum may close. You don't want this, do you?
