Cheats problem

Having a problem. When I try to enable cheats a minimized bar shows up. I can then minimize that or close it. It will not let me choose cheats. Any ideas on what to do?

Had same problem here, you can click on the bottom edge of that little cheat window bar, then drag it to make the window normal size.
