Mupen64 0.4 Language Specs

Hello.
The language specs in mupen64 0.4 have been changed. I've attached the english file. You can use it as a base for your translation.

here it is

french translation

words :replay, playback and capture have no translation in french .... i don't see any word in french ok with those terms

check it of course before release .....

Otherwise it's ok

Here the german. I hope I translated everything right because I don't know the new features in Mupen and how they work, so it can be that my translation sounds strange at some of the new parts .

Hi! this is the Spanish translation file .
Some words are long in this language, so i expect to probe to verify that fits
in menus etc
Only "File Location" not translated

here is brazilian portuguese translation,some words are not translated because i believe they are better this way.
