conkerfan1: If you do not see any Cheats When you Press Ctrl + C or System/Cheats when the game is running then you have a Version that is not supported and i suggest you GoodN64 Scan it to see what it is

You should have everything you should need for Both The E [!] and U [!] Regions already in The file From Enable All Levels and Access all Multi Player Characters, Infinite Health and Press L to Levitate for all 4 Players etc.
