Can i finished Zelda Majora with Project 64?

Just an insurance question, can i play Zelda Majora Mask and actually finished the game with project 64?, it would be better to ask first rather then spend hundred of hour just to get to a part where it will hangs. :) Minor glitches wont be a problem, as long as i can able to finished it.
