what does the GDB do in the options. Under tools there is an option that says GDB, and when highlighted it comes up with, wait for connection and load and wait. Might this have anything thing to do with a link up game. Like me and my bro's PC are linked up, so does the GDB do a local area connection, so could we play advance wars or something together but through two PC.

It hasn't anything to do with a game link function. It's just something for debugging - Game Boy Debugger (I believe).

Yeah I tried to get the F*cking link working a long time ago, till I read the FAQ (Yeah. I've done it) and there was a question why he didn't had a link function and when he want to add it...
Check it out, for some interesting things (really, not only 4 n00bs!).

what is this TGB Dual option, by what i could make out of it, it is some sort of two emulate option. or am i way off ?
please explain.

But it doesn't support GBA, it's a GB/GBC emulator only.
