every since i got my new graphics(in December) card my computer has been really slow,lagging and clicky.I keep trying to install new drivers but they never seem to work(sometimes they do)when i try playing any games including roms they are too slow meanwhile i have a AMD Athlon 1.1 gig,356 megs of ram,Creative Audio Sound PCI Blasters.Usally when i reboot my comp it takes a half an hour for it to regain it's proper speed.What should i do install new drivers whitch are the best for windows ME or try messing around with the settings on my comp plz help me. thx

Hey... WinME has always been frowned upon as the SLOWEST of the Winblows series. Microshaft really f___ed that one up.
I suggest put Win98, or if you're desperate, WinXP on.
WinME is okay, but I hear it's awful for emulation purposes.
