every since i got my new graphics(in December) card my computer has been really slow,lagging and clicky.I keep trying to install new drivers but they never seem to work(sometimes they do)when i try playing any games including roms they are too slow meanwhile i have a AMD Athlon 1.1 gig,356 megs of ram,Creative Audio Sound PCI Blasters.Usally when i reboot my comp it takes a half an hour for it to regain it's proper speed.What should i do install new drivers whitch are the best for windows ME or try messing around with the settings on my comp plz help me. thx
