Now I won't be mean BUT..
THINK about what you are asking about...
It's the same as asking 'Hey what's the deal with no PS2 Game Rips requests?'
It's copywrited material in most countries except China (china does not respect anyones copywrite).
Let me reverse this question so you can understand it better.
If you spent a year and a half writting a game copywrited it and were selling it to make a living, and you found someone had hacked it copied it and was distributing it for free, how would you feel? Better yet if someone was asking for a copy of it for free how would you feel? You would likely be contemplating flaming them from orbit.
