i have the game Tokyo bus guide.

someone know a good emulation that can play this game on my computer(pc)?

There are no publicly released Dreamcast emulators that can run commercial games.

Someone should sticky that.

Check the Chankast compatibility thread and look for this game. It will say how it runs on Chankast and what issues it has, if any.
