Please Help

I have this blue toolbar that comes up underneath the address bar. It was not there yesterday. I hate it. It has links to anytging which change like every 5 minutes and when I try to get rid of it. The next time I start up internet explorer it comes back up I cant get rid of it please help. Please.

If it's not in Add/Remove programs, then get Ad-aware and the update feature and then perform a check. That should get rid of it.

That was a great program that it squatted that little bar in seconds plus it found a load of tracking software that I could get rid of Thanks clements.
