Mystical ninja and paper mario problem

Hi! well i got a problem i donwloaded paper mario yesterday, and when i run it, its working fine, but when i get to peach castle(at the start) its making this error(see screenshot)
i got an
Atlhon XP 1.4ghz
256 ram DDR
Geoforce mmx440 32mb

and too, in Mystical ninja starring goemon, i cant play it lagging too much, i got problem moving, th egame is so slow, its running at 30fps...

im using gl64 0.4.1
