too damn fast!?!

I was trying to play Blast Corps today and most of the time the games runs way faster than it should, particularly when there's not much on the screen. Can this be fixed?

Yeah, thats the thing. Even with speed limiter on it still runs fast in areas where there isn't much action. For a game like Blast Corps the speed keeps flutctuating, making some parts extremely hard to control.

I think that Blast Corps has a core problem causing it to run too fast even when it says that it is running at 60fps. I think that 1964 also has this problem too. I don't think you can do that much about it, but I suppose tweaking the counter factor could help a little.
