Hey, well if anyone is interested in knowing, when using the dolphin emulator on a laptop computer and the game used to run supports progressive scan, well it detects the LCD screen of the laptop as one and says enable at the button when i start a game (I.E. Wind Waker) also by having it enabled it ended up changing the loading screen where by it had half of it in Japanese and half in english, also had in game parts displaying at the start menu like links starting 3 hearts at the top right.
Progressive Scan activates on Laptops.

It doesn't detect your laptop screen, what happens is that the blending of the "progressive scan" message (and the hearts and stuff) isn't correct on the crappy graphics card of your laptop, resulting in the message and the hearts being displayed anyway although they should have alpha=0
