Leave yer comments here, as you can see this style is pretty much untouched still (vbulletin.com/forum for something to compare with). Let us know what you think of the new features, or give us some suggestions. :)
Some new features I've found so far, I've not really investigated it very much at all:
:inlove: See all your attachments in your User CP, where you can also manage them
:inlove: Very nice moderating tools, watch out you fools, we will be quick on the stun gun from now on j/k!
:inlove: Unread threads show up as bold (I think, can't confirm this yet). Easier to spot unread threads.
:inlove: Completely new style to work from, the postbit is especially different indeed. Work from this or try to re-create what we used to have?
:inlove: New post buttons that actually match the blue EmuTalk colour
:inlove: More advanced calendar (though we don't really use it)
:inlove: Quick-Links and Quick Search, nice.
Hehe this is freaky, this thread has the same number as my phone number (except the area code). Interesting, eh? ;)

Those new features sound very nice. However, there are a couple things I don't like about the new format:
1. Sticky threads aren't divided from the normal threads.
2. User info is displayed above each post. I liked it better on the left, because it didn't make you scroll past it, and just looked nicer.
Would it be possible to have an option to display in the old format in the user options?
Thanks...

Certainly possible, I'd just have to work on it some to get it back to what it looked like, but it's not difficult at all since much of how vBulletin looks is controlled by templates. :)
We could have multiple styles to chose from like before.

Aside from minor nitpickings, I quite like the new look.
I think I'll go check out on the new moderation tools :devil:

im using firefox too and found out its a resolution related problem. on 1024x768 i had the same result, on 1152x864 it looks fine now.
looks nice so far, martin :) what annoys me is that the list of members currently online is at the bottom instead of the top. only nit picking issues though...and while you are fooling with the board, can we have the borders around the sigs back as well instead of just the line seperating them from the post? ;)

@2fast4u

i disabled popup blocker option.......
you can post attchments with Firefox?
and sorry, I have a 15" monitor (max res and currently using 1024x768@72Hz)
but when i press F11 (fullscreen) i can see all buttons (disaligned thought)...

you should re-add all the info in the:
Welcome, < name >
You last visited: Today at < time >
Private Messages: Unread <#>, Total <#>
with the avatar, an so...
still, looking great :)

There is now a dark style, you can select it from your User CP. I'm not sure if the colours are what the used to be, let me know (I didn't use the dark style myself).
The System Specs might be back, but it requires some hacking. This was much easier to do before. :)
Mark all posts as read has also been added when searching.
A welcome back panel with stats and stuff has been re-added, similar to what we used to have.

lookin' good, I'm also getting that posting bug, the one where you can't view a part of the smilies and the close tags stuff, this can be fixed by editing http://www.emutalk.net/clientscript/vbulletin_editor.css to look like:
#controlbar
{
overflow: visible;
z-index:1;
border: outset 1px;
padding: 2px;
}
well... that should work anyways :)

Sometimes in FireFox 0.8 the quick post box at the bottom will not allow me to type in it, it stays the "inactive" color for all eternity, and yes I am logged in before you ask ;)
My resolution is 1024x768 if thats helpful.
In fact more often than not this is the case
Also in the advanced editor, sometimes the on the right side there is a big rectangle of 1 color, and sometimes it isn't.
Looks like RC4 isn't completely compatible with firefox 0.8 just yet :P
I prefer FireFox to Internet exploder so I hope these issues are fixable.

I'm using Firefox 0.8 and haven't seen those errors. Well, the editor seems a bit weird, but the quick reply works fine. :)

The "Thread Tools" are excellent, much quicker to use than the old system. :)
Well, time to bring back the old arcade so we can have some fun here. The new arcade is much more advance, with lots of games for it. And it now has a challenge system! Pretty sweet. :)
/me goes to hack
EDIT: Removed the pics, everyone's seen the arcade by now.

maybe the problems I have are due to the fact that I used the default style, i changed to dark emutalk and everything works fine...

I too can not get the smilies to be inserted in my post (just by clicking on them). However, I can make them manually if I type them in but I don't know every smiley's keyboard commands. Do you think you can somehow put the smileys keyboard commands above or to the side or when you mouse over a smiley have it show its keyboard commands?

ok correction, in the dark theme my quick edit box works, but in advanced I do not get any smilies, at all. I'd have to type them in manually...

User CP -> Edit Options.
You'll find it at the bottom of that page.
