I got dreamemu-0.0.4.1-bin-rel and i'm trying to get the plugins to play it. I need the plugin for video and input. I was wondering where i can find it or what would the name of the plugin be.

This emulator doesn't play any commercial games :) Don't think there are any plugins other than any that would be default.

I'm trying to play Marvel vs Capcom 2, but i just needed those plugins for it. How can I play it, or use what to play it?

No games such as that will work - it doesn't play commercial games (ie those that were sold in the shops at one point).

You can't play Marvel Vs Capcom on any emulator at the moment (no released DC emulators that play commercial games). Icarus is your best bet, when that is released I do not know.

He's wrong. MvsC 2 uses Naomi hardware, which is nearly identical to the Dreamcast.
