Has Capcom vs. SNK been tested?

Just wondering if it has been tested. I also want to acknowledge the Dolphin developers for making such progress, I've been waiting for the DC emu Icarus for months and not even a release, meanwhile you guys here have a release for a GC emu, simply amazing. Isn't GC more complicated than DC btw?

I'd say so. These developers actually get things done, hence their amazing progress. To my knowledge C vs. SNK hasn't been tested, but keep checking the compatibility thread.
