Does Colors appear with Dolphin?

I tried playing some games such as naruto 2 and mario kart but without color. is this because of the Video Card or because of the emulator?

I have the video card 128MB DDR ASUS GEO-FORCE 4 Ti4000

The emulator is still in its infancy stages (if you can call it that!). Some games will run in color, check the compatability list sticky at the top of the page.

Last I heard not working in color was thought to be a nVidia issue...? Correct me if I'm wrong.
