Hello again,
I started a thread a while back and it was turned into an different topic. So, I will start again. Is anybody having any problems with the track select screen in multiplayer. My computer crashes when ever I try to select a stage to race on. I have 4 different dumps of this rom and they all act the same.
Specs
P3 1 gig
512 megs of 133 sd ram
soundblaster live value
Geforce 3
running the latest detonators.

GlowStick this is what i posted before in the middle of all the offopic posts and gave a link to a screenshot of it working so could you post your specs and your pj64 settings

My Specs Are:
1.4GHZ Athlon TB
1024MB PC2100 DDR
64MB GeForce 2 Ti
SoundBlaster Live 5.1 Plat
40GB Maxtor 7200RPM x 2
My PJ64 Settings are :
Under Display Tab
Direct 3D T&L HAL
Windowed Res - 1024*768
Fullscreen Res - 1600*1200 32bit
Buffer Display Mode - Transfer memory
Anisotropic Filtering On
Under Emulation Tab
Geometry Transforms - Auto
Texture Format - 16 and 32bbp
And Display list culling is the only thing i have checked there
as i dont like fog and change blending makes things look wrong for me very wrong
Also what Rom are you using?
Mine is Diddy Kong Racing [US] [v1.1] [!]
Have you checked it with romcenter or goodn64 to make sure its not a bad dump?

it crashes for me too
specs:
athalon 1 ghz
60 gig hd
pro savage vid card
windows me
128 mb sdram
maybe i need new drivers?

You see this guy is having probs too. Try to move around violently when you are at the stage select. It will crash... is there a work around???

Use the jap version. It works for me.
