i run DolphinTeaser.exe

stup 1.set up you GCM paths...

WHAT GCM.. i don't konw .. means?

I NEXT ... no found d3d9.dll ...

please give me d3d9.dll .... thanks!

.gcm is the gamecube image file format. If you have them in .iso form simply rename them.

No D3D9.dll means you don't have DX9 installed, go install it.
