i have an idea.

how bout a web edited database that any user can modify. an open source ini! we should take advantage of the 32 bit core where possible. maybe have 2 diff ini's ... low spec and high spec ini.

NooTe's actually been working on this ini database site. It's really cool. NooTe, DSF and 3x3cutor have been working on the new ini.
