i noticed pj64k takes pj64 1.5 back to pj65 1.4.
so should i not install the sevrves pack1 for pj64 1.5?

Install PJ64k into its own folder seperate from PJ, and use 64k only for netplay. This way you can use the latest version for single player.

Sry for bumping up an old topic, but I have a question. Can anyone give ma an estimation of how much bandwidth is needed for PJ64k netplay?

Thanks to dailup AOHell my bandwidth is 3kbps on a good day at 4:00 AM. My ping seems to be around 300. But I'll have comcast cable in a few more weeks, and this will all be a bad memory. N64 netplay will be the first thing I do, well if I decide to install windows instead of switch Linux that is. I haven't decided yet.

PJ64k is version 1.4 because it was made from the version 1.4 source, it would have been made from the 1.5(.1) source but that never got released. (I never will get released either)
Also I have beat people on dial up before so it will run of that, just you will get some lag.
If you have ADSL or cable or better you should be fine.
