I left all the default options !
Is there a bios or other plugin has to install so that it works?

Have you tried making sure you're graphics card is supported and that the render mode is also supported.

You need to give more detials on you're pc and mess around with the settings

Im only geussing btw.

Memory : 786 DDR 400mhz
Graphics card : Ati radeon 9800 pro 128ddr catalyst : 4.1

Is there a special setting to make at Dolphin ??

doeas it crashes right at the start or when after the nintendo/dolby logo?

the video should be set at interpreter not to crash. (video plugin options)

After this, the game ask me to choose between "60hz" or "50hz" !

I choose 60 and after that, he crash !!
