Can someone give me an estimate of when it will be possible to play commercial games or say how far the proces is in % (roughly estimated ofcourse)

If it will be finished what are the minimum specs one will need to run it?

Will people be able to play it online against eachother and will it use kaillera?

Thats a question only the developers can answer, and if they feel like it for that matter. Without commercial games actually being playble on this emulator, it is hard to estimate their minimum specifications, wouldn't you say? Your best bet is to wait until a release that supports commercial games, in my opinion :)
