Argh! Why me???

Can someone please help me?
I can't get Ultra HLE 2064 to work properly.
My files are:
cheats
config
glide2x.dll
glide3x.dll
oglide2x.dll
readme
romlst
ultra
ultrahle
whats new

The error message is:
There is no default video plugin. Please configure plugins first.
There is no default controller plugin. Please configure plugins first.

When I go on Options/Configure controller plugin... nothing happens.
When I go on Options/Configure video plugin... nothing happens aswell.
When I go onto options/settings, the "Configure" button does nothing and there is nothing on the drop down menu.

Please someone help me asap.

Sounds like you downloaded an update rather than the original installer. Go back and download the original UHLE2064 installer then copy those update files over the top of it.

I've done this now and there are 3 error messages now.

There is no default controller plugin configured. Please configure plugins first.
There is no default video plugin configured. Please configure plugins first.
There is no default audio plugin configured. Please configure plugins first.

As before, I can't configure them.
Any ideas???

What version do you have? There should be a folder inside the UltraHLE 2064 folder called Plugins. Make sure that you have extracted all of the files and folders from the zip.

And to configure plugins (assuming you have all of the required files now) this is where it's located.
Options => Plugin Settings => and then just select your plugins from each drop down menu.
