Is there any way to change the Save/Load buttons?

Bah, I don't get it. How do you put the Save/ Load Buttons on my game controller? Can you do this with this program?
I've downloaded it.
I try to set the keys for the joystick (by pressing 'auto setting wizard' at the bottom), so when I want to press left in the game the joystick presses left, but I can't seem to make the program recognize the controller, that is, enter Left on gamepad for left in JoyToKey. However, when I go to Others on the side of the program it says One Joystick is detected. It's a port controller, the kind you plug into the back of your computer. Wha?
Dammit. I figured it out. I really am an idiot. You dont need to aactually set every button like for aplugin, just the ones you want.
