I liked killing the Shadow Temple Boss, quickly stunned him before charging in and repeatedly twated him with the biggoron sword, killed him outright, easy

I can't remeber it's name but the morphing water based boss in the water temple is the first thing that pops up, the next last incarnation of Ganondorf is also good. Most of the bosses are to easy but for the next last one, Ganondorf, it takes a couple of times before you can easily beat him.

I thought the forest Temple boss (ghost ganondorf) was the hardest, simply because it's such a confined space when compared to fighting ganondorf in the castle

Killing Dark Link is not so easy for some people (like me ;) )
The hammer is not the only way to kill him, since later on he blocks it ( if you used it for too long).
You have to alternate all your attacks and weapons to kill him.
But I think that the easiest way to kill him is using Din's Fire

-Barinade (Jabu Jabu's belly Boss)

-Ganon (Final Battle)

Also, my favourite battle is the Spirit Temple one, specially because of the funny ending and the different kind of attacks you have to use (it's a different one compared to the other battles).

i can beat dark link easily. just look at the left of my where it says game. hehe i beat him with the master sword ONLY. just keep swinging your sword and he'll mess up and than swing and hit him. i dodged his strong jump slash attack :D. he only hit me 1 or 2 times. im really good at sword fighting at zelda oot.

:P try beating dark link with z targeting and with the master sword only (dont even use the spin attacks) without getting hit :P. i've already done that yesterday and I DID IT :P. against the rest of the enemies i never got hit :P. so im the best sword fighter. its just that i liked dbz more when i joined this forum because they were showing new episodes, now that i got into n64 emulation again, i like zelda the best :P.

i've beat him without a hit too. all it is is a few backflips and dodge his huge slash run around him while he's in the air and let loose with the sword. the most fun stage for me was the Gerudo Vally part with the chix. i like playing Arrow sniper to take them out.

The ghost gannon is a beast to beat at times....those "fireballs" he fires at you are harder to hit for some reason than from the real gannondorf
