This ones a little more interesting and I've been working on it for a bit of time. Its a div scroller with a scroll bar. Also I've set it up so you can easily use it with PHP, you can see an online copy of it at http://www.techauxilium.com/scroller.html
It works under Mozilla, IE and Opera; but it only looks like its suposta under Mozilla.
