I am a total nub and just downloaded Mupen64 and I'm not sure if the games come with it or i have to download. Now I know that it says not to ask or put any links for sites leading to ROMS, i am nto asking that. I just want to know if i have to go find some or if mupen64 comes wiht them. Thank you for your time.

You have to download them. Run a search on Google to find some sites.

Mupen64 does not come with commercial games. If it did, it'll be:

1. Illegal;
2. A massive download.

You find them or dump them yourself. You can legally download and play Public Domain (PD) games. Please do not ask for commercial ROMs.

u will have to search on google or use softwares like kazaa or shareaza.

Or eMule or Bittorrent, they are way better than Kazaa and Shareaza (and they have a lot more of files too).
