...if you want in, copy and paste the list above, and fill it out. This makes it a million times easier to contact people and helps people set up their matches. The only way to register for this tournament is by signing up on the board (http://ssb.emulation64.com/forums). Just make sure you give me all the info above.

- All the brackets and stuff will be kept on my stats site (http://www.geocities.com/raw64life) and this site
- If you think any of the rules should be changed, just let me know. I have no problem bending certain rules if a lot people want them changed
- There is no set date for the tourney to begin. It will start shortly after I get 48 people (unless there are complaints or I cannot get enough people)

Rules
________________________________________

- At registration you must list your kaillera name, chracater of choice, AIM screenname and e-mail address
- You must be using the lastest version of the Project64k N64 emulator (version 0.13)
- You must be using the ROM "Super Smash Bros. (U) [!]"
- It is up to you to contact your opponent to set up a match. If you are having problems contacting your opponent, tell me and I will address the situation. Failure to complete the match before the deadline will result in a double disqualification unless I am notified beforehand of a legit reason as to why the match could not take place.
- If a double disqualification occurs, the person who was scheduled to play the winner of the match will receive a bye
- The match will be awarded to the player who wins 2 out of 3 games
- The only cheat codes to be turned on are the "Have All Characters" Gameshark code and the "Mushroom Kingdom" level code
- You can pick a maximum of 3 different characters to use during the tourney (except for the Quarterfinals)
- You must select a stage that both you and your opponent agree on playing in for every round
- By default, all items are on. If you wish to ban certain items from your match, you must come to a verbal agreement with your opponent before the match. If your opponent does not wish to ban any items from the match, you are out of luck
- In the event of desync, restart the match. If there are any problems with desync, such as desync occurring every time you try to play the match or a desync that occurred extremely close to the end of a match where the winner was clear, bring the problem to me
- In the event of outstanding lag, I trust that you guys will be able to solve the problem on your own
- After the match, you must report to me the match, the winner, and the loser. I will trust whomever reports the result of the match first as long as there is no argument from the opponent
- Rules are subject to change anytime bewteen now and when the tournament starts. I will not change the rules in the middle of the tournament

***IMPORTANT READ:*** Every round will follow all of the above rules but will still be played differently in this tourney. The rounds will be played as follows...

Round 1 Stipulation: Matches will be played with a stock of 5 lives
Round 2 Stipulation: Matches will be played with a time limit of 5 minutes
Quarterfinals Stipulation: Matches will be played with players using only one character
Semifinals Stipulation: Matches will be played with a stock of 10 lives
Finals Stipulation: Match will be a triple threat match and will be played with a time limit of 10 minutes. The first player to win 2 games shall be the winner
