Sometimes I have the same problem when playing majora's mask. I access the subscreen and everything freezes. It's not a major one because it usually happens directly after I load a saved state. Reload it and it works again.
Let's see now... Jabo's Direct3D 1.30, Azimer's Audio 0.30 (after switching to the older one I haven't experienced any crashes) and Jabo's DirectInput 1.30.
