Ok, I tested it on two computers, and I found a bug (and a solution) in the PJ64 (or XP?) help system. So, the problem is simple. When you click on the help menu, then topics or index, nothing happens. The solution? Very simple, just right click on the pj64 shortcut (or .exe), and on the compitable tab choose (I can't remember it exactly, win98 in the moment, sorry) disable themes option (it was something like that).

And that's all :)

Works fine here, without having to go through the compatibility settings.

I get the same problem using the help file, but I'm not using any themes in XP.

I also found an even easier "workaround" to your problem: Double-click the help file itself in the Project64 directory. ;)

It doesn't matter if you use themes or not, just turn on the comp. mode and everything will be just fine.
