emulating e-reader?

Of course it can be emulated, but, if you've been waiting for it for 15 years, wouldn't it just make more sense to buy the game?

Afaik, the 14 SMA4 e-reader level bonus cards have been 'dumped', all that happens when the cards are put into the game is that the contents is saved into the games save file. Someone happened to dump a save file with all of these in it.

I dont know where you can get it though, or even if its legal to ask, so go looking by yourself It might induce a ban otherwise.
