I have read that you need to get the Java sdk in order to interpret? Java programs. I already have guides.

Does anyone know how or where to best download a Java SDK over a 56k modem??

Thanks.

That is the latest version of the Java Runtime Environment, and you can use FlashGet or something similar to download it and resume, unlike Sun's site. If you want to program, you'll need the JDK, and you can get it at http://java.sun.com/.
