help! what does this mean?

I downloaded a rom winback covert operations and it says
"BAD ROM?Use Good N64 or check for updated ini" in the name of game
what does this mean? I just want to know what problems may occur beacause i dont want to play this game if ill have tons of erratas. help! thx.

It means you have a Bad Rom................
you will have to use GoodN64 to find out what it is you can find all you need Here
and also grab Paulob's "GoodN64 Bad2Good Patches to patch them to a good Rom
