How come when I open the mupen 64 file, it says that Windows cannot find it? It tells me to go onling and look for it but what am I meant to do then?

I think it downloaded. The icon is a bih M now, but when i click on it and accept averything and all of that, when it finishes it just does nothing! Am I doing something wrong?

That would mean it has installed fine? Go to the folder you installed it to and execute the mupen emulator from there.

I do open it, but then I get this big table thing with nothing in it. Do I have to download some games there?

Yes, no games (or roms) come with it. And no commercial rom requests are allowed on this forum (asking is an insta-ban).
