Bottom of screen cut off

In PJ 1.4 certain games such as TWINE, Mickey's Speedway and more have the Bottom of the screen cut off, can someone halp, I am using Jabo DX7 1.4 or whatever and have an NVidia model 64 graphics card

What region? E or U? If it's E, I believe there's a way to edit the rdb to fix this...

Look up TWINE in the rdb (open it with wordpad, notepad, word, etc...) make sure it's the right region, I'm assuming it's E, so add this there: resolution height=240 and see if that works.
