It seems that when Project 64 starts up on my machine, it tries to connect to the internet and download this file:
http://207.46.243.152/pki/crl/products/WHQLPCA.crl
The server is owned by Microsoft, and the file appears to have something to do with WHQL driver signatures. Does anyone have any idea why Project64 does this? I usually just deny it access (using ZoneAlarm) and it seems to run fine without this file.
It may very well be that it isn't Project64 doing this, but some low-level driver on my system. However, I have not seen any other program do this.
