I have PJ64/1964 + eVoodoo 3.99b + Glide64 0.50 + Zelda MM...

I have 2 major problems with that:

1. Lens of Truth does not work correctly: Everything except the hidden stuff turns plain white and the emulation slows down to a crawl.

2. Fullscreen emulation is not working correctly: 32bit not working, following error message, when i try to switch to full screen: "The GFX plugin caused an exception and has been disabled..." 16bit fullscreen is also not working as expected: It does allow me to switch to fullscreen but when i switch back to windowed mode it tells me: "Error: Can't create windowed primary surface"

I have Athlon2000+/1Gig/9700

edit: with evoodoo 3.99b + glide64 0.42 the 32bit specific problem is gone, but the fullscreen -> window switch still gives the same error message. evoodoo 3.99b + glide64 0.42 also make the lens of truth work correctly, except that the top half of the screen is not displayed correct when the LoT is activated.

Fullscreen -> normal: this is a problem that can't be fixed, unfortunaly.

ok that wouldn't really be a problem, cause i rarely have to switch back to windowed mode, just need 32bit fullscreen with the newest glide64 (32bit fullscreen only works correctly with glide64 0.42, but then the lens of truth has a different glitch (see above))

finally i need the lens of truth to work correctly...

Afaik, eVoodoo is outdated and is not working too well with glide64 atm. Try an older version, it might fix the LoT problem. But it will probably be slow due to framebuffer usage.
Jabo's 1.4 plugin can be used to get good lot speed.

Ok, I'm assuming that you meant you had a Radeon 9700 when you listed your specs up there right? If so, then the best thing to do would be to use either one of Jabo's plugins or glN64 0.41, it has excellent Radeon support. Or you can keep searching for a pair of eVoodoo + Glide64 that works right for you.

Glide64 3.1 & eVoodoo 3.25 is the most stable combination, and has many problems still. eVoodoo is no longer being properly maintained, due to the author's priorities, so I no longer recommend Glide64 to non-voodoo users. It's a shame, it's a great plugin. I thought a new Glide3x emulator was in the works? I also wonder why Glide64 wasn't made using Glide2x like everything else...I know little of these things, though.
