1080 snowboarding

i have a problem with 1080 snowboadring
well the fps are 30-40 and but its like slowmo if you play it what should i do or can i do
(i have a AMD 1600+ 256 mb ram 20 gb hd and a creative geforce 2 mx 32 mb ddr)

Do you have CPU core style set to Interpreter? It should be on Recompiler. Also, in your GFX plugin, disable everything in the advance settings.

BTW, I never played that rom but I had the same problem once with Zelda1.

but now i play this game with 1964 and i get 60 fps!
and this with a p3 667!
