As you can see, the border around is messed up, and the bottom of the screen is cut off. What could be the problem?

one of my friends bobby yu had the same problem and he has an rvidia tnt2 64mb. what r yur specs?

My specs are:
1ghz T-Bird
384mb ram
Geforce 2 GTS 32mb
Im pretty sure I have the latest drivers.

what are your config settings in the graphic plug-in settings?

If you are using D3D T&L as the render device, make sure geometry transform set to external. If you use plain D3D use internal transform.

Nope, that didn't do anything, and Im using the default settings (I haven't touched anything). Could it just be a bad copy or not?

I tried another rom and it worked... looked like the rom I was using was bad.

The rom you played with first was probably a PAL (Europe) rom...

DX7 has zoom support, so in DX7 port those problems are eliminated. in DX6, those problems exists. It's similar to Nemu's TV-Aspect. Isn't a bug, itz like that on the the TV, just that the TV cuts off the border.
