Conkers BFD saving help plz

when i try to save(using save state in the 1964 menu)it does nothing,i mean when saving it just wont do anything i click it and it brings me back in the game some help plz(and i have jabo's direct input mem pack plugined in)

I guess you have to close the ROM in order to have the ingame save progress saved into file. If you just restart the game without reload, the saved progress could be replaced by old save.

This is a bug, will be fixed in the next release.
