I hope he/she will post a commercial release very soon. This might be the same as Ultrahle, but for the GC!

By the way, I saw an open-elf icon, that's the PS2 file format isn't it?

Elf is a debug-file format. Lots of stuff uses it. GameCube, GBA, ps2 etc.

Perhaps a bit early to start wondering about what specs that will be needed to run it, hopefully it will make good progress but I rather see it closed for a while until is is more mature, perhaps a bit like Icarus...
