Glide64 problem

Glide64 worked fine for me when I tried it a few months ago, but I have just tried it again and I'm having problems.
If the buffer swapping method is set to new or hybrid I just get a black screen. If I set it to old it works but with a lot of corrupted graphics.
I'm using Glide64 0.42 with eVoodoo XP 3.2 and a Geforce4 Ti4600 with the 45.23 detonators.
The problem affects all games.
Anyone know whats wrong?
