Oh my!!! THIS is a slowdown

Ok, so Im using PJ64 1.5, and I´ve used the last service pack.
Right now Im using either Jabos Direct3D 7 1.4 or Jabos Direct3D 6 1.5
Both of them cause slowdowns (never happened this in my computer before, but its a long time since I last used an n64 emulator).
My computer specs are:
Pentium 4 1.8 MHz
512 Ram
Ati Radeon 7500
I´ve tried changing some options, but it still goes really slow (10 FPS)
Is there anything I could do?
