well, ok, my site has something like 70,000 registerd members, so on vB the Todays birthdays, is rather long, but its mostly ppl no one knows, just moochers that joined to download, not to post
so is there a way to change the birthday code, so that it only show ppl that have like, a post count of 50, or something like that
thanks

Hehe, you've got far more members than posts. That's got to be the first time I've seen that. :)
To your problem: Yeah, it's probably doable, but why bothering? Why don't you just disable the calendar/b-day feature? I think that's what your visitors would prefer.

i like the b-day feature, but like on jan 1, we had something like 500+ b-days :p
i mean, thats nuts, took ages to scroll down to your PM box
most users, just sign up to download, not to post, thats why we have more members than posts, so if i could set it so only members with lets s ay a 50+ post count showed their b-day whatever, damn, that would really get it working right
what would i need, a hack, or just change the template code?

Oh yeah, was wondering why. I knew there had to be a reason. :)
You'd have to change the code in index.php. It would be pretty easy to make so that only a certain member group (like moderators, administrators, other custom member group) would show their birthdates, but if you want to show birthdates for members that have posted x posts, it would be a bit harder. Not really sure about how to do that even. I'd help you out if I was at home but I'm at my parents place now on a real crappy laptop so I can't really do anything except surfing. :)
