N64 save files to emulator save files?

Can I use mempak files transfered to my computer via the adaptoid with PJ64? If yes, do I need to convert them somehow?

Kinda want my completed N64 PD file to help my ROM...;)

Well, I'm using NRage's plugin w/ an Adaptoid, and it works just like the real thing... and I've used it with Perfect Dark, too. The "Adaptoid Plugin v1.0" works the same, too. If ya have any more questions, just ask.
