can someone please tell me how to download the glide 64 plugin and how to use it because i'm having problems thx

This is the best plugin for Voodoo cards. It is also the best plugin for Intel / SiS / Rage Pro and a few other cards, but you need a wrapper for it for a non-Voodoo, so you'll need eVoodoo:

Put the files you get from eVoodoo (eVoodoo.cpl and Glide3x.dll) in the emulator directory or the System32 directory of Windows (XP) or the System directory for Win9x/ME.

Glide64.dll goes in the plugin directory. Just switch to it and it should work. Glide does not support certain games like PD, JFG, CBFD so watch out.
