Perfect Dark runs choppy, although PJ64 tells me I'm running at 50 fps. Does Perfect Dark automatically slow down when it THINKS the system should be bogged? Is there a way to fix that?

Bomberman runs great, except ghosts aren't see thru, so they look like they're still alive.

Ok.... Bomberman's stuff can be fixed by using Glide64 (at least, that fixed a lot of transparency errors in other games for me). Perfect Dark, AFAIK, has ALWAYS been choppy, especially with sound. Of course, that could just be my computer. Still, check to see if your ROM is good. Barring that, it may be the [E] (European) version of the game, meaning that it will tend to act that way (my US version runs fine, but the European one always had problems.).

How to fix Mario Kart? If you're using PJ64 v1.5, you can press F4 to limit the game to 60 FPS (50 if PAL). Hope this helps.
