Ive been having some strange slow downs during some games.
Example. during mario kart64 when you choose driver, every time you change your cursor it slows down for 1 sec.
Mario party 1/2/3: When the turn goes to another player ingame the game freezes for 1 sec and then continous like nothing happened. The doesnt cause heavy load that makes it so strange.
Is there any adjustment i can make to avoid these slowdowns

XP1800+
asus v6600 deluxe
256 pc2100
